At recent article in the Wall Street Journal titled "Real-Estate Investing: The Best and Worst Markets" reported the best cities in the United States for conservative residential real estate investing. Knoxville placed 4th in the country for best cities to invest in residential real estate. The areas that ranked high in investment suitability offered these specifications: low probability that home prices will fall further, places where income is growing moderately; where employment is relatively stable because of a large percentage of jobs in health care, education or government; and where a relatively small share of jobs is in construction ...
